
Spielwarenmesse, one of the toy industry’s largest trade fairs, returns in 2026. The upcoming event will support exhibitors with appealing special areas, structured diversity, and extensive support.
The Spielwarenmesse Specials are the central contact points for guests whilst providing excellent visibility for exhibitors. Next year’s areas will focus on ToyTrends and Toys for Kidults and spotlight unique spaces such as Hall 7A’s Sports, Leisure, Outdoor action area.
“With our Specials, we create eye-catching theme worlds that enable exhibitors to present their products in a targeted manner and at the same time continuously enrich the visitor experience,” says Christian Ulrich, board spokesperson at Spielwarenmesse eG.

The toy fair will implement a clear, organized hall plan to ensure efficiency and clarity throughout the exhibition center. The structure will create short distances, strengthen visitor experiences, and encourage engagement between exhibitors and attendees. Guests can enter product groups housed in shared spaces, such as Hall 3C, which will house Baby and Infant Articles and Lifestyle Products.
Exhibitors can address target groups by applying for various free services, including applications for the ToyAward, the ToyPitch, and the digital What’s New Guide. Exhibitors can also access exclusive parties, capture contact data with LeadScanning, share content with the socialPALS tool, and receive targeted support in the StartupArea.
