It’s finally official — Mummy Pig is expecting a little girl! Hasbro just dropped the pig big news on the Walmart-exclusive web series Peppa Pig Tales and the upcoming toys featuring five Pig family members.
In the episode “Baby Balloon,” the Pig family is gearing up for a gender reveal party. Peppa and George aren’t sure if they’d prefer a little brother or sister, but when the balloon with the answers blows away, they must catch it to find out! After chasing the balloon through the town, gathering friends along the way, the family discovers they’ll welcome a new sister to their home very soon.

As Peppa Pig’s family grows, so does Hasbro’s toy line! Starting May 29, kids can celebrate the little piglet with dolls, playsets, and other toys that reflect the series’ new era. Don’t worry — all these toys are spoiler-free! Other non-exclusive products featuring the new baby will hit the shelves on Aug. 1.
Families can be among the first to welcome the new baby at Peppa Pig’s Peppa Meets the Baby Cinema Experience. This special theater event brings the pigs to the big screen, featuring 10 new episodes, songs, music videos, and the first-ever glimpse of Peppa’s sister.
