Moose Toys is reshaping its senior leadership with a focus on prioritizing the next stages of expansion and growth for the company.
Ronnie Frankowski assumes the role of CEO, while the current CEO and Co-Owner of Moose Toys, Paul Solomon, transitions to Executive Chairman.
Other role changes include the appointment of Steve Arkveld as the new Chief Commercial Officer, who previously led the U.S. sector of the company; Ben Dart, the current COO, moving to the CFO role; and Dan Henquin, the current CFO, shifting to Chief Risk, Legal, and Compliance Officer. The broader senior leadership team, comprised of Chief People Officer Kata Zahra, Chief Product Officer Joost Poulous, and GM of Far East Ranki Lo, will continue in their current roles while shifting their focus with the new team arrangement.
Solomon shares his thoughts on Frankowski’s appointment: “Ronnie has made an enormous contribution to our business, helping drive our global success and leading our long-term strategic roadmap. He’s a trusted leader and a great partner, and I know he’s the right person to take Moose to the next stage. We’re always looking forward, asking what’s next, and this evolution sets us up for future success.”
Frankowski adds: “It’s an honour to step into the CEO role and lead Moose through its next chapter. This is an important part of our maturation as a company, evolving how we work to ensure we continue to thrive in an ever-changing world. Paul and I share a deep commitment to Moose’s success and culture, and together with our exceptional leadership team, we’ll continue driving commercial success, strengthening our resilience, and delivering the world-class creativity that defines Moose.”
