Gray Matters Games, makers of titles like “Slip It In” and “Wrong Answers Only,” is launching a new game for four to eight players called “Rhymes with Duck,” where players must match their guesses with other players to avoid taking a penalty letter. Once they spell out the word “QUACK” with penalty letters, they’re out of the game. Created in collaboration with “Blank Slate” creators and game inventors, Bob Kamp and Brady Peterson, the game’s artwork is designed by Anchor Creative and Gray Matter’s Sophia Ricciardi & Jessica Butler.
The game is set to launch in 2,500 stores this year, including mass retail and hundreds of independent stores and hobby shops across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K., by Gray Matter Game’s distribution partner, Asmodee. The game is now available for purchase on Amazon and on the Gray Matters Games website. Specialty retailers and hobby shops are welcome to visit the company’s Retailer Resources page to find out how to order stock through Asmodee.
With its colorful design, fun wordplay, and lovable mascot Chuck the Duck, Rhymes With Duck is set to ruffle feathers in the best way possible. The fun and simplicity of this game will make it a new staple at family game nights.”
