Build-A-Bear’s Spooky Halloween Collection Is Its Biggest Yet

Build-A-Bear Workshop is going all out for Halloween with its biggest, spookiest lineup ever. The brand’s OctoBEAR celebration is packed with new friends, glowing designs, and fan-favorite returns that are already flying off shelves.

This year’s breakout hit is the Posable Bat, which sold out within weeks of launch, joining Pumpkin Kitty — back after last year’s sell-out — and new bestie Spooky Kitty ($40), a purple cat sprinkled with small white ghosts. (Caregivers can sign up to be notified by e-mail when Posable Bat returns.) Other additions include the Zombie Axolotl ($30), a frightfully fun twist on the popular aquatic plush, and the Light-Up Pumpkin Glow Teddy Bear ($36), and the Skelebara ($32), a capybara with skeleton-inspired style. The Pumpkin Kitty, Groovy Goblin ($36), and the Light-Up Pumpkin Glow Teddy Bear are available exclusively online.

For kids who love unboxing, the MystFURRY Friends ($9.50) offers a black egg filled with one of four Halloween plush. And for older fans, the Bear Cave offers exclusive, age-gated styles just for grown-up collectors.
