Mattel’s partnership with Google Cloud is resulting in data-driven product innovation, insight, and personalized engagement with its fanbase, the companies say. The announcement was made at Cloud Next ’25, scheduled April 9-11.

The collaboration between the companies has allowed Mattel to analyze customer feedback across multiple channels, including social media, reviews, and direct communication. The company has access to swift insight, allowing it to make data-driven decision-making faster than before. Now, Mattel can serve distinct consumer groups, from gift purchasers to kidults, fostering brand loyalty. The company uses this data to enhance the Barbie DreamHouse and Fisher-Price Glow and Grow Kick & Play Piano Gym, among other products.
