TOMY Unleashes Dōteki: A New Line of Battle Toys Where Kids Drive the Action

TOMY has announced Dōteki, a new brand of action-packed battle toys that transform players into the center of the competition. Available online and at specialty retailers worldwide Aug. 4, Dōteki invites kids to control the action through handheld battle controllers, strategy, and speed, all anchored in a tactile, high-energy arena environment.

Built for players ages 8 and up, Dōteki pits characters from four elemental factions through fast-paced matches: Arctos (ice), Heatoru (fire), Organika (earth), and Spiritek (tech). Each battle is powered by an ion ball that ricochets through the custom-built arenas, with players aiming, blocking, and reacting in real time to protect their target. When a player’s health key ejects, they’re out. The last player standing wins.

The first wave of Dōteki products includes:
